What is your return policy?
All products purchased from https://berlintrend.pk can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we will unfortunately not be able to offer an exchange or return.

How do I start a return or exchange?
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please follow these steps within 7 days:
- Contact Us: Email us at help@berlintrend.pk or message us on our official WhatsApp/Social Media handles.
- Provide Proof: Share clear photos or a short video of the defect or the incorrect item received.
- Review: Our team will review your request and, once approved, will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

When will I get my refund?
Please note that Berlin Trend does not offer cash refunds. In the event that a replacement for a faulty item is not available, we may offer Store Credit of the same value, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Absolutely! If the size you need is available, we’ll process an exchange once your original item is received.

Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
"We offer multiple ways to pay! Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure online payments via Visa & Mastercard.
Additionally, we accept manual transfers through JazzCash and EasyPaisa. If you'd like to use this option, please contact our support team or WhatsApp us after placing your order for account details. Automated mobile wallet integration is coming soon!"
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
"Yes, you can modify or cancel your order within 10 to 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't been dispatched yet. Please contact our support team as soon as possible for any changes.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship all over Pakistan! Whether you are in a major city or a remote area, we ensure your favorite Berlin Trend outfits reach your doorstep safely and quickly.
FLAT Shipping 250 PKR will be charged on order within Pakistan.
How long does shipping take?
All orders may take up to 3-5 working days in regular days and during sales it will be delivered in 5-7 working days
What if my package is lost or delayed?
"While we strive for on-time delivery, all orders may take up to 3-5 working days during regular periods. During sales or high-demand seasons, delivery may take 5-7 working days.
If your order is delayed beyond this timeframe or you suspect it is lost, please reach out to our Support Team, and we will resolve it for you as soon as possible."
