Order Cancellation Policy

At Berlin Trend, we strive to process and dispatch our orders as quickly as possible so you can receive your favorite clothing without delay. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order.

1. Cancellation Window

We aim for quick shipments. If an order is placed during business hours, it is often processed immediately.

  • The 10-12 Hour Margin: If you place an order during the night or outside of business hours, you have a 10 to 12-hour window to request a cancellation before the dispatch process begins the following morning.
  • Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number is generated, it cannot be cancelled.

2. How to Cancel

To ensure your cancellation is processed before the order leaves our warehouse, please contact us immediately through:

  • Note: You can also reach out via our official WhatsApp for a faster response during business hours.

3. Automatic Cancellation by Berlin Trend

To maintain the quality of our service, Berlin Trend reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

  • Non-Confirmation: If our team is unable to reach you via phone or WhatsApp for order confirmation within 48 hours.
  • Stock Availability: If the item becomes out of stock due to a technical error.
  • Incorrect Information: If the shipping address or contact details are incomplete or suspicious.

4. Pre-paid Orders (Card/Bank Transfer)

If you have already paid for your order online and cancel it within the allowed 10-12 hour window:

  • A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please note that banks may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect the amount back into your account.

5. Refusal at Doorstep

If an order is cancelled after dispatch or refused at the time of delivery, it results in a loss of shipping costs for the brand. Repeated refusals may result in the suspension of the Cash on Delivery (COD) facility for your future orders on berlintrend.pk.
