Return & Exchange Policy

At Berlin Trend, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations or may arrive with a fault. Our Return & Exchange policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. 7-Day Exchange Policy

All products purchased from https://berlintrend.pk can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we will unfortunately not be able to offer an exchange or return.

2. Valid Reasons for Exchange

An exchange will only be processed under the following specific conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged: The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • Incorrect Product: The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be different from what you actually purchased (e.g., wrong size, color, or design sent by us).

3. Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the following criteria must be met:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • You must provide a valid Proof of Purchase (Order number or Invoice).
  • Items purchased on Sale or Clearance are generally not eligible for exchange unless they are received in a damaged condition.

4. How to Initiate an Exchange

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please follow these steps within 7 days:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at help@berlintrend.pk or message us on our official WhatsApp/Social Media handles.
  2. Provide Proof: Share clear photos or a short video of the defect or the incorrect item received.
  3. Review: Our team will review your request and, once approved, will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

5. Shipping & Handling

  • If the item was faulty or incorrectly sent by Berlin Trend, we will bear the shipping costs for the replacement.
  • In other cases of exchange, the customer may be responsible for the two-way shipping charges (sending the old item back and receiving the new one).

6. Refund Policy

Please note that Berlin Trend does not offer cash refunds. In the event that a replacement for a faulty item is not available, we may offer Store Credit of the same value, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
